All-Fill Auger Filler

Semi automatic auger powder filler. It comes with 1 set of 2.25" tooling. The hopper has agitation and a level sensor. One control box operates the filler the other control box operates an incline auger feeder (not included). It can run automatically or by a foot switch. In good working condition. Last used to fill protein powder bottles.

Auger filler with JDA incline screw conveyor. The screw conveyor is 4.5” diameter with a discharge height of 102". Filler is mounted on a 60" long x 32" deep mild steel stand on casters. The stand has a cut out to add a conveyor if you choose. The auger filler hopper has a level sensor which controls the incline screw conveyor. The filler comes with 1 set of tooling, auger part number 03971-20A. In very good working condition. Last used in a nutraceuticals facility.
