Vertical Bagger with Auger Fill and Bulk Bag Unloader

A complete line consisting of a bulk bag unloader with 1000 kg hoist, Hayssen form fill and seal machine and Fortress metal detector. The Hayssen bagger has 13" wide jaws and a 16" back seal. It comes with a Videojet Dataflex coder to code on the film. The exit conveyor is a Fortress Phantom metal detector with a 26" wide x 10" high aperature. The belt width is 24" wide. The angle on the Fortess is adjustable to a horizontal position. Last detecting 1.5 fe 1.5non fe and 2.0 Stainless. Last running a 5.5" wide x 5.75" long, 45 grams bags with non registered film. Machines are still set up and in operaiton. Bulk bag unloader frame size is approximately 89" wide x 128" long x 18' tall.
