Sleever & Hybrid Shrink Tunnel and Conveyor

This is a brand new, litterally still in the box, continuous motion shrink sleever with a hybrid shrink tunnel with conveyor. The sleever is capably of doing full body or neck banding at speeds up to 120 bottles / minute. Size range from 1 1/8" diameter up to 4.5" diameter. Servo driven mandrel, with Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400 touch screen. Add ons include indexing wheel, dual rotating sleeve applicator, motorized height adjustments, photo registration, lexan guarding, additional knife cutting assembly, sleeve guide for small shoulder bottles, band tacker, and additional change parts. The tunnel has 2 heat zones that are 8" wide x 12" high. It has a self contained steam generator. Extended to 36" lexan tunnel guarding. Electrically height adjustable. It comes with a 16' long x 4" wide raised bed stainless steel table top chain conveyor. 110 volt, heavy duty 0.5 hp motor that's controlled by the sleever. The system has been upgraded to CAT3 safety electrical & pneumatics.
