FD Drum Emptying System for Viscous Products

200 litre capacity stainless steel discharge system for viscous products. Drum is smooth walled, 560 mm diameter with torispherical bottom. 316L stainless steel, #4 polish and all welds ground smooth with sanitary welds around lip of drum. Drum is emptied completely by a plunger, which is forced upwards from the bottom by compressed air at a pressure of up to 1 bar. The drum contents can then be led through product piping directly to the production system. Comes with lid and clamp and a sits on a carts for transport and storage. Last used in a cosmetic facility. Requires air set and centring pin.
