FD Drum Emptying System for Viscous Products

100 litre capacity stainless steel discharge system for viscous products. Drum is smooth-walled 450 mm. diameter with torispherical bottom. 316L stainless steel, #4 polish and all welds ground smooth with Sanitary weld around lip of drum. Drum is emptied completely by a plunger, which is forced upwards from the bottom of the drum by compressed air at a pressure of up to 1 bar. The drum contents can then be led through product piping directly to the production system. Comes with lid and clamp for transport and storage and 1 special emptying lid. Useable volume of 90 litres. There are 5 tanks in total each with a piston plate. All tanks are on dollies. Requires air set and centring pin which are available from Muller.
