This reactor has a cone bottom and sits on load cells. It's approximately 100 gallons. The tank is 32" diameter x 41" deep overall (28" sidewall (24" jacket) & 13" cone). The jacket runs along the side and bottom of the tank. It has a domed top with a 18" manway. The manyway has 2 – 4.75" outside diameter sani clamp inlets. One is being used for a Rosemount pressure guage. The mixer also comes through the manway. Made by Eastern Mixers it's 230 / 460 volt, 3 ph, 1 hp. It has a 1" diameter shaft that goes to approximately 4" from the bottom. Before the jacket starts there are 2 more 4.75" outside diamter sani clamp connection inlets. One is being used as a site glass the other has a pressure relief valve. The outlet has an electric diaphragm valve on it made by Asepco (serial E31224). It's a 2" outside diameter sani clamp connection that's 13" from the floor but it would be a little if you used the load cells. Vessel & jacket max allowable pressure 50 / FV psi @ 300 deg F. Vessel & jacket min design metal temp -20 deg F @ 50 / FV psi. National board #648. In very good condtion. Last used in a neutraceutical facility.
