60 Gallon Jacketed Kettle

This jacketed kettle sits on a mild steel painted frame that has a Waukesha 018 pump attached to it. The kettle is 32" diameter x 24" deep (approximately 60 gallon) with a bridge. One side of the bridge has a hinged grate the other side is solid with a 2.5" outside diameter sani clamp inlet. Mounted to the bridge is a 1 hp Delta mixer (model 3N16) that has a 19.5" long shaft with a propeller as well as a saw tooth blade attachment. The kettle also has a separately driven 1 hp anchor style mixer. It has a 3" diameter threaded outlet that T's off to either a 1 hp Waukesha pump or a butterfly valve that 12" from the floor. There is also an ASB electric heater with water pump attached to the frame too. The frame is on casters. In good condition. Last used in a bakery.
